How we price work and what a quote includes.
How do you work out a price?
We visit, look at drawings if you have them, and price each part of the work separately so you can see where the money goes.
Is the quote fixed?
The quote is fixed for the scope described. If you change the scope, or we find something hidden that nobody could reasonably have known about, we explain the cost before doing the extra work.
Does the quote include VAT?
Every quote states clearly whether VAT is included.
Can you work to a budget?
Yes. Tell us your budget early and we'll suggest where to spend and where to save.
